The programs on this page are not individualized. They are generic recordings
made for your personal at-home use for reinforcement of the new thought patterns you desire. Each program begins with progressive
relaxation, then hypnosis, then suggestions for the change you want to achieve. You will become very relaxed and should listen
to your program before going to sleep. Do not listen to hypnotherapy program while driving because during
the relaxation and hypnosis, your eyes are closed. You will either wake up naturally or continue to go deeper into a peaceful,
relaxing sleep, waking up feeling refreshed and rejuvinated.
