All face-to-face consultations and sessions require a $50 deposit. Telephone or on-line consults are free of charge. Please contact me at 423-488-3539 to arrange for your deposit if you want to make an appointment. Usually, at the time of your first session, payment in full is expected. However, in special circumstances, a pre-arranged payment plan is possible if you meet the sliding scale requirements. Booking the consult and/or session requires a deposit and you can use your credit / debit card for the deposit only. Consults are $50. Your credit/debit card is billed only if you fail to show up for your appointment; otherwise, the total of $150 cash or local check is expected after your session (or just the $50 consultation fee w/o a session.) Your card will not be billed unless you fail to show up.
 

Package A is for Weight Control. It is $300 for three sessions.

Package B is for Quiting smoking - $250 for two sessions.

A' La Carte sessions are $100 each, after initial first session of $150.

For mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, several sessions are recommended. Usually three sessions is the maximum; however some clients prefer to see me on an on-going basis (monthly) if they are working on "inner child" or "family of origin" issues.

Along with Mind-Body-Spirit guidance, I also offer Past Life Regression and Dream Analysis for anyone wanting to explore their unconscious mind more deeply.
