Play the music above & read below, then practice
this simple exercise. Notice your breath going in and out as you read. When finished, close your eyes for a moment to reflect
on what you experienced.
Let your unconscious mind choose the path. Take a deep breath. . . relax. . . now, let go. . . let it all go and notice your attention going to your present
experience now. . . your feelings. . . what comes into consciousness when you go inside? Where does your unconscious
mind take you? You can create an experience of peace and tranquility...whatever that means to you, now.
Notice any differences you have. What
senses are you experiencing? Sight, touch, smell, taste, sound? Embellish your experience, now. Make the pictures in your
mind more colorful, more fragrant, more pleasant in every sense. The change you want is already starting.
You will continue to notice a difference,
more and more. . . Now touch your thumb to your forefinger making an "okay" sign and be in your experience,
now. Notice how the fingertips feel when you do this. Notice how the skin on top of that hand feels as you make the "okay"
sign. Breathe deeply and easily. Say "I can. . . I will. . . I am. . ."
Whenever you choose to feel this relaxed state,
simply breathe deeply three times and make your "okay sign." You can visit this inner place, your own pleasant experience,
whenever you choose.
