Phoenix Rising Enterprises does not collect
any information about visitors to our web site for any reason. If a visitor elects to share their email address, usually by
sending an email to phoenix_rising@bellsouth.net, their email address is never shared with any other organization or individual.
Information Voluntarily Given by Visitors
Visitors may elect to share personal information with us for the purpose of
scheduling a Guided Wilderness Tour or the purchase of our products. This information is shared strictly between the visitor/customer
and the employees of Phoenix Rising Enterprises via any or all of the following methods: email, mail, instant
messenger, fax, telephone, in person, or any other mutually agreed upon method. When you become a customer, we consider
all the information you share with us to be personal and confidential.
None of the information you share with Phoenix Rising Enterprises will
be revealed to any third party without your specific written and signed instructions to do so. To assure the security of all
customer information, we use anti-virus software and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access, appropriate measures to assure
the physical security of hard drives and other data storage devices, and even encryption when necessary.
The Customer Agreement for services (Wilderness Guide) must be signed
prior to services being provided. Payment is due in advance and there are no refunds with no exceptions.
